Where I wore it:

Today we grilled for the first time! It seems like just days ago that the weather was far too chilly to even venture out without a jacket! We have an awesome portable grill thanks to my mom and it was super easy to use and produced a great meal of sweet potatoes and onions, garlic bread and burgers ! YUM. It feels like summers finally here!

 

On to the outfit:I love this dresses nautical vibe! It's so easy and comfortable and the perfect length! I bought it at JC Penney's a month or two ago after a couple weeks of denying I loved it, haha. I wish I could have made it a little more creative by adding accessories but sometimes simple is cuter right? I had to put my sunglasses on after like, two pictures because the sun was very intense so I could hardly resist acting like a weirdo for a couple shots!

Where I Wore it:

Work. The weather today is fantastic with the high nearing 70 degrees! Clint and I walked to work this morning, at first it was really chilly but everything warmed up nicely when the sun came out. Monday's at work are so boring, all day I was itching to get outside and feel the sun on my pale, pale face!

 

This sweater is one of my favorite items of clothing. I've been wearing it at least once a week since I got it last fall and it was definitely worth more than the 3 bucks I paid! I love wearing it with a printed skirt or dress, and it's nice and cozy! Plus it seems to give me the power of invisibility when standing in front of garages!haha! The bag is also one of my favorites. I purchased it from Modcloth after Christmas as a little gift to myself. I love that it's so big and fits my camera inside comfortably without weighing me down!

I've been playing around with a little eye liner lately, I've never been good at applying it but practice makes perfect, right? I buy my mascara from e.l.f because it's 1.00 dollar at Target and comes with waterproof as well as regular mascara all in one! I also bought the liquid liner there as well because it was cheaper and I don't use it on a daily basis. It chips off pretty soon after application so I start by lining my eyes with Rimmel soft kohl liner as a base.

I love Cover girl's New nail polish! I have Constant Caribbean, Ever Reddy and Crystal Clear. There are a lot of great matte colors which have been a recent obsession!

I love this lip balm! It smells amazing, has a hint of color and moisturizes all at once. It's the ultimate "lazy girl" lip color, haha.

 I heard about this scrub on xojane.com and debated about whether or not to try it out. I've used a lot of different cleansers for my terrible skin, a lot of the bigger, supposedly effective skin care brands haven't worked for me and I was a little scared to use just a facial scrub instead of a "system." (whoa run on sentence!) After one use my face was brighter and softer and my blemishes were not as red and obvious. Definite win!
